Raiding Times
We currently raid Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday from 20:00 to 23:30 server time.
Raiding Requirements
To be taken to Imrama raids, you will need to:
- Have fully enchanted and gemmed gear with minimum blue quality gems in raiding gear and for newer items (ilvl 245 or higher) epic gems should be used. Do not skimp on leg enchants.
- bring a full set of consumables. When we're working on new / difficult fights, you are expected to be using food + elixirs/flask for each pull. You know better than we do how many pots you need for a night.
- be willing to take upgrades. Just because your arena gear is purple doesn't mean it's better than what just dropped.
- understand that if you are having difficulty with certain elements of a fight, you will probably be skipped over for raids where we are likely to encounter said fight.
- be able to make 4 raids in a 2 week period. If you can't do that, you should be letting us know.
- sign up for every single 25 man raid as available or unavailable. This doesn't apply to off-schedule 10 man ones.
Loot distribtution
- We use a fixed cost zero-sum DKP system for mainspec and offspec loot consisting of two seperate pools - see [DKP] for more details
- The officers/council may choose to bypass DKP standings to give an item to a player who will provide more benefit to the guild with said item. See 3) and 4). Guild rank also has some bearing on this. See 6).
- Hunters will generally get priority on ranged weapons and melee on melee weapons.
- As discussed in [DKP] official backup tanks and healers as per roster will have priority on off-spec loot.
- If you have been inactive for a prolonged (2+ month) period, your DKP will be redistributed among all other active raiders without refund. If you were in negative DKP and you are likely to return, you'll stay where you were.
- Before DKP is looked at, the following priority exists: Raider > Trial > Offspec > Social > Alt. Trials still have a good chance of winning an item and are encouraged to bid.
- Only Raiders, Trials and Raiders playing their alts accumulate DKP. Social members do not earn any.
Penalties
We have a fairly simple set of rules outlined above. Failure to follow them will result in the following penalty:
- Didn't sign as available/unavailable for a raid: -15 DKP
- No-show for a raid you were signed for/canceling any later than 1 hour before a raid: -15 DKP
- Cancelling on the day for a raid but letting us know: -5 DKP
- Cancelling on the day for a raid but not letting us know: -15 DKP
- Being removed from a raid for frequent disconnects/AFKing: -5 DKP
